We are really happy with the hard work that our landscaper put into making our drawing and ideas become a reality.
First, here's a "before" picture (standing on our covered patio, looking back):

We have sod in a 30 feet x 50 foot area and then a playground area with bark (we have yet to set up the playset). (this is a view from the back fence, looking towards our house).
Next to the bark area is a 20 ft x 20 ft "sand box". Everything is bigger than what we thought. We will put the kids "kiddie" pool in here, some beach chairs and maybe eventually a fire pit and we'll have our own "mini beach"! :)
Between the "sand box" and the garage, we have a garden area. We plan to plant some things in the next few months (yeah!)
We plan to put up a wood fence, along the chain link fence on this side soon - then we'll have more privacy.
We have a pathway, along the grass, leading back to all the other areas:
Anyway, it is so nice to have it done and be able to start enjoying the nice weather outdoors now! :)
